As there are very few distance opportunities in the lead up to National Championships this year, we have decided to add an 800 and a 1500m freestyle to our program for our Long Course meet.  These events will be held at the conclusion of event 56 and are targeted for athletes who are very close to qualifying for Nationals or who are already qualified and are looking to improve seeding times.

E57 Mixed open 800m Freestyle (QT 10 mins)

E58 Mixed open 1500m Freestyle (QT 19 mins)

These events are open now as a separate meet in Swim Central and are limited to the first 20 Athletes.  Metro East reserves the right to combine these events as required.
